Web Ideas Portal
As a BYU-Pathway student, I want to know how the portal experience has changed, so I can feel confident using the portal to get to my education tools.
One way to do it is in context. For example, this pattern by Microsoft was effective. I had noticed in the past that the default behavior for the online meeting switch was “off”. They changed that behavior and let me know why in this popover:
